This is 1985 when we used the concrete bags for a bulkhead. This is my mother and our three youngest.

In 1997 I grew this volunteer watermelon right in front of the cedar tree. The vines were so deep this one and one other were pretty well hidden. Then I found one eaten beside the pool and decided it was time to harvest. It was just perfect.
