I just got a certified letter from GSM saying that they will not renew my windstorm coverage unless they can write the coverage for the association. I was paying $100 per year and thought that was a good price. Does anyone have a company insuring their place for a reasonable price? Maybe Katrina has scared insurers to pull back on their exposure. Let me know. My coverage ends in one month.
