Jerry is attempting to repair the finger piers. Five were not built correctly and have begun to sag. He is trying to find a way to do this without getting into the water.

Condo 707 is in the process of getting new owners. They are

The weather has been incredibly warm, but that has not seemed to help the fishing. Even the tides are at summer time levels. George(guest in 604) has been taking his boat out regularly with little success.
My grandson has been doing OK on the pier at night. He's been getting about 10 undersized trout every night, but last night came back with two keepers.
Time Warner continues to be incredibly difficult to deal with. I do not know how they stay in business. Their equipment is far inferior to Direct TV. Even yesterday, a guest traveled to Corpus to pick up a box only to return and find out again the box was defective. I wish we had a choice.

Our annual meeting was held on the 14th.  Some of the highlights were that we will be assessing in January to repair the rotted piers under our buildings. HOA dues will increasing by $10 per month to cover the cost of the Time Warner HD converter boxes. Jim Canuteson was elected to the vacant board member position. All board officers remained the same. We will not be hosting large parties on our lawn between the 700 building and our pool. No action was taken toward building a new pool. On one occasion this summer we had a large group take over our pool area. Action will be taken this summer to insure this does not happen again.

Flounder continue to migrate along our bulkhead.

Last week this rattler tried to make the swim from Sea Shell Shores to our fish cleaning stand. Fortunately, a shotgun blast cut his trip short.
