I notified our board that I will be retiring from our board at the end of this month. There is a lot going on, but I'm sure they can handle it quite well.

Fishing has picked up a bit, but mostly by boat. Scott picked up two trout over 20 and a red at 25 this last weekend. The Schulte family got their trout limit last weekend also. Jim and Sandra( renting in 608) got their limit yesterday morning while the wind was down. This evening a guest caught a 35 inch Jack Crevalle off the end of the out pier.

Lina's weekly notes.

- Pressured washed front porch areas and steps of 500 & 600 building

- Sprayed weed kill on 600, 500, & in rock bed area near the 2 dumpsters facing 400 building

- Removed weeds behind the 300 building

- Replaced bulbs that were out on crossbridge and pier where needed

- Pressured washed the bbq grills

- Trimmed the saga palms on the 700, 100, and 500 building

- Changed out sprinkler heads on the driveway when testing the irrigation and adjusted to water more days on sprinkler schedule

April 17th - Paint Ceiling of watermarks in 201, 210, 401
                   Follow up with a meeting scheduled with Bryan Stone - attorney
                   Remove 1ft to 15 inches of extra track from exit gate and install to entrance gate
                   Place  shoreguard pulled out from breakwater to under the 700 building
                   Pressure wash the gazebo posts area near the 300 building and front porch areas of 300 
                   building
                   Touch up paint on the gazebo areas
                    Follow up with Area Foundation for the bulkhead repair project
                   Get a count of how many irrigation controllers need to be replaced
                   Order 9 volt batteries for irrigation and smoke alarms

April 24th - Caulk above porches and corner areas 500, 600, & 700 building
                   Email policy parts that are completed
                   3G Contracting Stucco project will begin behind the 200 building
                   Pressure wash front porch areas of 200, 100
                   Meet with Bryan Stone - Attorney April 27th at 10:30am 
                   Order Schedule 80 posts from Fergusons to replace crossbridge poles
                   Trim bushes as needed
                    Install all-thread in west finger piers to give extra support
                   Install extra support beams on 2 finger piers behind the 400 building
                   Order irrigation controllers

May 1st - Send out newsletter to owners
                 Caulk above porches and corner areas 100, 200, 300, 400 building
                 Improve landscaping on entryways to condos
                 Pressure wash on back decks and under upper deck - 500 building
                 Touch up paint on entrance and exit gate area
                 Pull sand away from skirting behind 100 building change out rotten skirting on the bayside

May 8th -  Install all thread in west finger piers
                 Replace 2 -3 crossbridge poles with Mike Rodriguez - Electrician       
                 Touch up paint on pool fence area
                 Pull sand away from skirting behind 100 building change out rotten skirting on the bayside

May 15th - Purchase another BBQ from HEB
                   Order 4th garbage bin for property to be dropped off for the week ofMay 22
