Board meeting notes

The Kontiki board met for three hours on Friday morning. Here are some of the highlights.

They:
Discussed getting bids for HOA insurance.
Walked the pier to look at the breakwater problems.
Turned security management over to Chris.
Discussed the serious termite problems that are present.
Reviewed the problems with accessing the HEB beach.
Elected Karra as board vice president.
Set the next meeting for August 19th.
