There has been some progress on the effort to dredge Cedar Bayou. The permit is now in the hands of the Corps of Engineers. They will be taking public input until the 26th of March. I think it is really important that the pass be opened. I have not had near the fishing success since the pass has been closed. Texas Parks and Wildlife had opposed the opening, but now take a neutral stance. Individual responses need to be faxed or mailed.
