The new owners of Alice Faye's will be renovating the building as well as the marina. This picture of today's dredge shows why fishermen get hung up when fishing the marina. It looks as if they will tear out all the piers and pilings and start all over.
Also Walmart is moving out the McDonald's there and a Subway will take it's place.
