Last two week's activity sent from Lina.

- Called Moore Supply and Ferguson's Plumbing Supply for commercial sewer machine

- Picked up gate brackets for chain from Hub City Overhead Door Co - $27.06

- Called Leslie's Pool Supply for pricing and purchase of pool ladder - same like type S.R Smith VLLS-103S 24" Economy Ladder - 3 Step $442.54 - Will be here in 5 to 7 business days

- Received Ryobi Weed Eater and Hedge Trimmer - Entered serial number and info on the Equipment Inventory list. - Total $341.05

- Used new weed eater on the back of 300 building bay side

- Purchased beach dragger from Walmart - $357.03 (will be shipped between Feb. 8 to 13th.)

- Followed up with Kevin of Rockport Wifi for the contract.

- Followed up with the progress of foundation project with Ralph Torres - More concrete was poured under the 600 building (2 more trucks are needed).  Beam repair has started under the 200 building. Notified the management companies to let their guests know it is very loud.

- Followed up with Breakwater quotes - No response from Smith Jester of Smart Docks.  Recap of 2 other quotes received:

- Randy Edwards - $8500 (Barge is still available now)
Dock Express $16,650

- Clyde Crocker (who is working on the side of 301) unclogged a sewer backup between the 100 and 200 building - Cost $150.

- Request for revised quote from 3G Contracting for 200 building stucco project to include the wall with sliding door and window.

- Scheduled with B&R Electric for repair of lights on crossbridge Jan. 17 and repair to bathroom light Jan. 16th.

- Followed up with Randy Edwards on the repair of the 404 Bay - Discussed with some areas the need to be addressed such as adding another coat of paint on the trim.  His warranty for the hardiboard/stucco repair is 1 year.  We will be monitoring the plaster coating throughout the year.

- Followed up with Stuart Lynn's office regarding letter and pictures for bad foundation piers.  He is currently in his Bay City office.

- Notified owners of possible freeze and had faucets turned on and off when freeze was over

- Notified the management companies of no flushing of wipes down the toilet by their renters and cleaning crew.  Five Star Rentals already has small signs posted in the rental pool.

This weeks agenda
- Almost done with the annual minutes - should be done by Wednesday
- Start up scraping again on the back of 600 building deck areas
- Schedule with Peninsula Plumbing for camera down the sewer lines between the 100 and 200 building first since most of the backup is there - He is busy with fixing pipes that burst from the freeze and will get back with me on scheduling
- Hammer out the oyster shell build up on the stairs on the back of 200 and 300 building
- Trim some of the hedges that need to be cut evenly with new hedge trimmer
