Our roofing continues to be a problem. A row of roof tiles has fallen from the upper roof of 602 onto the lower roof. Just to patch it up will likely be over $1000. Terrence Sellers (710), who is in the commerical roofing business, told me on Wednesday that we are looking at no less than $500,000 to replace all the roofs.
I talked to Ryan, one of our previous maintenance workers, on Wednesday. His family is doing well, but they are planning to move back to the Seguin area soon.
Another owner, Del Wurzbach (407), will be leaving us soon. He said that he didn't feel he could find another rental management company to adequately rent his place, so he is selling to Chris and Karra.
Most of the lights on the Phase II pier are repaired now, but I still don't see anyone catching any trout anywhere. Joe Mitchell (709) went out early yesterday to Mesquite Bay and St. Charles Bay and came back with nothing. They were fly fishing and maybe bait would have made a difference.
