Looking back toward the 300 building today.

 The tide was as low as I have seen it this year. It shows that Sea Shell Shores has a lot more shore today.

Looking out over the breakwater it can be seen why rebuilding the old pier may be a problem. The sand has shoaled up along the wall and the first half of any pier in this area would afford little fishable water.
