Dawn in Rockport is about as good as it gets. The bay looks so inviting now for boating, but it is cool. Unfortunately, when the weather warms in spring, the winds become fierce and boating is not as much fun..

 The Brown Pelicans have been aggressive as their hunger overcome their fear. Jerry have found four that have succumbed to hunger or old age this winter.
