Bayside condos do have their drawbacks. Both Monday and Tuesday of this week we again had high tides and high winds. I had spray hitting my sliding glass doors and running down like experiencing a heavy rain. We usually bring in more beach sand for the summer at this time of year. We are waiting a bit this year. All it takes is one day like this to wash out a $1,500 investment.
