Lina's notes for this week.

- Pressure wash, caulked, and scrape upper and lower back deck area of 608 & 607

- Paint skirting on back area of 500 and 600

- Install exit gate brackets - may need to order chain within a month or so. When Jerry removed chain from ends a few links broke off easily because of corrosion.

- Filled in holes near mitigation and driveway area

- Replaced and fixed skirting where have fallen

- Replaced flood lights and porch areas that were out with LED bulbs.  Ace Hardware said with 10 year warranty and purchase on file, we can turn them in and get new ones if not past the 10 year.

- Received new sewer machine and uploaded make and model in the inventory list

- Trimmed bushes on 600 and 300 building

- Contacted AEP to come out and fix utility line that broke across the driveway and called to replace bulb that is burnt out on the light pole (Work # 948123987)

- Caulked and touched up paint on trim at office

- Pressure wash front porch areas and steps of 200 Building

- Follow up with Allen Pools regarding a schedule of repair on pool - He said that he just hires Jerry Gill and when he finishes training him, he can schedule us for repair in the 2nd week of February. 

- Followed up with 3G contracting for the revised quote on stucco project - Will get back with me later this week

- Went over expectations with Randy Edwards regarding the breakwater project.  We had designated an area near the boat ramp for him to put any good walers there and any good shoreguard near the 300 building

- Followed up with Peninsula plumbing for scheduling the cameras in the pipe - they said they will follow up later this week.

- Received the new beach dragger and used on the bayside

- Painted some of the exterior walls on the office

This weeks agenda
- Trim the bushes on the back of 700
- Monitor the repair of the bathroom light with B&R Electric
- Monitor the repair of the crossbridge lights with B&R Electric
- Pressure wash front porch areas on the 300 building
- Follow up with Leslie's Pool Supply regarding the pool ladder
