Jim and Sandra( renting in 608) got their limit yesterday morning while the wind was down. This evening a guest caught a 35 inch Jack Crevalle off the end of the out pier.

The first contractor's boat was so old it had not been registered in 20 years and had been stripped of any usable parts. Now he has left the old boat for us to dispose of. Anyone want an old boat and trailer?

Last week was palm tree trimming time. We now have 111 palm trees and it cost $2200 for the trimming. As the trees get taller the cost to trim goes up too. I remember well we had only three trees when we started. One day in 1993 the maintenance man, Chet Hutsell, called me in my classroom to say he could purchase some palm trees for $10 each. I told him to proceed. He purchased 95 of those little things. Now look at them.
