The load of fill was spread yesterday to repair the erosion next to 101.
Work continued today on the water damage in the units in the 700 building. Inside work was done on 708 and 712. Outside roof repairs are being done on 712 and above 703 where the roof joins 710. The window repair is on unit 711.

Larry, The thing that really angers me about these roof leaks is that the roof is around two years old and we have had five significant leaks that have caused substantial interior damage since the new roof was installed. This is another case of extremely poor oversight by our inexperienced Property Manager at the time. He is gone and we are living with the physical and financial burdens a shoddy installation. We received a terrible paint job, medicore concrete job and now a subpar roof installation. I know that some mistakes happen but the pattern is evident. Here is the question to ponder: How many things that were done under his manangement are we having to redo, repair or modify?
