I put this yellow and black "FOR SALE" sign up in my daughter and son in law's condo a couple of weeks ago. I took the picture from in front of the 200 building to see how the colors of the sign would stand out. I believe it can be seen pretty well.
Nancy Jacobs called me on Wednesday to see what price we were asking. I didn't really want to say because we priced it below the market to keep from having to show it for a year or more like other condos here and I don't want other owners wishing to sell to worry that they may be priced ahead of the market. I believe we will have it sold very soon as we have some serious buyers who are trying to work things out.
