As usual this time of year, the mitigation site has become unfishable. It looks nasty and will not return to normal until late March. Fish seem to avoid this area when this happens also.
There have been a few trout off the pier, but nothing to write home about. Kevin(501) spent a couple of hours on the pier last evening and had only one big enough to measure and that one was short.
