Work began today on the concrete spillway that owners approved at the annual meeting. Here Long Nguyen operates the excavator to dig out the old attempts to stop the erosion. After only a short time the excavator developed an hydraulic leak. The big concrete blob pictured below was uncovered and it may take a bigger excavator to move it out of the the way.
