At daylight yesterday morning it became evident that our beach had survived the storm rather well. The work we did at each end proved its value. Normally, we would have lost at least four times as much sand in a storm like this.
The high winds did blow over the AC enclosures beside 708. Larry has put them back up.
The worst wave damage was done to the shoreguard near the pier. At least this is not our expense.
