The water supply line to the fish cleaning stand comes up out of the water in the center of the picture here. Somehow if finally came apart under water. Jerry could not find a shutoff and dug for the line across from the leak under the sidewalk. As a last resort he turned off the water to the whole building and used some underwater glue to reconnect the water line. So far so good.
