It's been over a week and the workers are still at it under my condo. They have found another $1,800 worth of boards to replace that were not found on their first evaluation.

Right now I know of 10 condos for sale. That is sort of a large number for sale at one time. I believe two are under contract.

Work is supposed to begin tomorrow for the work on taking the bad part of the breakwater apart.  What a waste that was 10 years ago. We paid the contractor half of the cost last week. I hope he will show up and start on time.
