- Wash away ant piles along the 700 building
- Contacted Brad of B&R Electric regarding the photo cell that will not turn off the lights on 100 and 200 building - Troubleshooted and cancelled Brad to come out
- Filled in holes near the mitigation and crossbridge, corner sidewalk near fish cleaning stand and sign, near flood light behind 308
- Moved 404 small boat back under his condo
- Shoveled the sand/grass under the gazebo near 308
- Painted caution yellow on the wood step near the crossbridge
- Sprayed weed kill on 600, 500
- Pulled weeds and dead plants out of flower bed at front entrance area
- Fix gate under 210 on bayside as hinges rusted off
- Changed out flood lights that were out and replaced with LED bulbs
- Spread plant fertilizer on hibiscus bushes behind 700 building - hope they come back
- Weed eat trim line along fence on the driveway
- Weed eat around the sprinklers on the driveway so that they can pop up easier
- Fix an irrigation pipe that was broken on the court yard near the boat parking
- Change out the gate code of the crossbridge
- Went to Sherwin Williams to get matching paint for the buildings to do touch up on areas of the building
- Monitor the reroute of the plumbing that Ralph Torres had done under the 600 building so the piping is not encased with concrete

- Continue monitoring the breakwater project with Randy Edwards crew
- Caulk above bay windows on buildings
- Fix rotten flooring in closet area of 605
- Order new closet door for 605
- Readjust water times on irrigation on courtyard
- Monitor the concrete pour under 600 building by Area Foundation
- Spray weed kill on 300, 200, and 100 building areas
- Replace flood light base in the gazebo near the 300 building
