The financial statements for the association for the first half of the year are out. For the first six months we are $9,639 under budget. Since we planned on building our equity we set our monthly fee to exceed our budgeted amount. This has produced revenue of $20,435 over expenses. Our association equity has increased to $47,613.
I haven't been to Rockport in three weeks, but I understand the fishing has been pretty good. My son, Ryan, and two friends went with Otis(604) last Saturday. They didn't go out until 1:30 pm and still came back with nine keeper trout. Ryan said they stayed near shore between Key Allegro and Kontiki.
The Russell's(305) have put their place on the market.
