These pictures show the latest problems with the breakwater. We just had Kinsel out here to do the repairs. The top picture shows a split down the middle of a shoreguard. The bottom picture shows a gap that is exactly where the repair was to end. The allthread can be seen coming out and some are already missing. The last time I talked to Justin he said he had not given Kinsel the final payment. We should have at least a 30 day guarantee.
