After I caught my first ever keeper trout off the new pier on Friday, I got another one on Saturday evening. However, last night the string was broken. Steve and Jane(711) and Vic(712)and I stayed on the pier until about 1:00 am and never got a keeper. It is interesting that, to us, the conditions on Saturday and Sunday were identical and yet the fishing was quite different. Sunday was a record high temperature for this date.

Rob added this closet in 710 last week. It's about four feet wide and eight feet deep. It was just empty space behind the wall. Steve and Jane(711) looked at it on Saturday and have asked Rob to build one in their condo too. Butch and Lynne(206) have asked Rob to add a door in their condo. Three other owners are considering complete remodels. It looks as if Rob will be here longer than he thought.
The local Sears store has purchased the inventory of a Sears store in the valley. The appliances and items that are unboxed will be marked down by 40%, according to Cleve Woods the local owner. That could be a good buy for anyone needing an appliance.
Three owners tell me they still don't have a winter Texas booked into their condo. I had heard the place was going to be pretty full and it still may be.
