Our foundation project is not quite ready to start. We are looking at using this prototype of a square pier instead of the more common round sonotube. The contractor is still waiting for approval of the engineer.
We did complete the repair or replacement of all the GFI outlets on the deck as was approved at our annual meeting in 2014.
We have a good bid on the inspection of the electrical panels in all the units. This should be done very soon
We have a bid on the extension of the bulkhead in front of 708. That project may start soon too.
We had 7 palm trees were too tall to trim inhouse. We accepted a bid of $75 each to trim them. They completed three before the winds came up and stayed up.  They will finish those when the winds allow.
I have not seen any kind of fish caught in weeks. I plan to visit the Parks and Wildlife person in charge of the gill net surveys to see what the fall survey found about north Aransas Bay.
There are eight condos on the market to sell. That's more than usual, but prices seem to have dropped since the Eagle Ford Shale project came to a halt. It seems to have affected the real estate market up and down the coast. A couple of my friends from San Antonio have had an offer on 207 accepted so the available condos will go down by one for now.
